Interim Executive Editor: Edward Welsch
Edward Welsch is the interim executive editor of Chronicles: A Magazine of American Culture. He was previously a reporter covering the financial markets and energy industry at The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg News. He also served on the public relations team of Cargill Inc. and edited financial newsletters. He is an undergraduate of St. Olaf College and a student of its Great Books program, and holds a master’s degree in Journalism and Communications from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Srdja Trifkovic is foreign-affairs editor for Chronicles: A Magazine of American Culture. He is the author of several books, including The Sword of the Prophet: Islam—History, Theology, Impact on the World and Defeating Jihad: How the War on Terror May Yet Be Won, in Spite of Ourselves. A regular guest on RT TV, Dr. Trifkovic is the first tenured professor of geopolitics in southeastern Europe.
