Herman Cain and Obama’s 1000 Days

My latest on the Daily Mail takes up the rise and what I hope will be the fall of Herman Cain.

I also have an even newer piece on Obama's First 1000 Days.

Please do not respond here, since what is really needed is a show of interest at the Daily Mail.   I would rather be doing these pieces for our own website, but this is the biggest PR opportunity our group has had in recent years.  Your comments, negative as well as positive, will help insure that we keep this important window open.

"Then why are so many Republicans attracted to Herman Cain?  The most obvious reason is that he is a minority underdog.  It is always safe to play the race card with 'the party of Lincoln,' and ever since the New Deal, the GOP has been the party of 'me too.'"

  1. Dr. Fleming, I bookmarked your Daily Mail Blog but am getting different articles there than I do from the link above. Is Barry for the Chop? has pictures and a different title than "Barry of a thousand days", but otherwise they are identical as far as I can tell.

Any advice to straighten out the two links and which one to support with comments?

  2. This is what happens. I write a piece and post it myself on my blog. I then notify the Daily Mail (as I have found out recently I am supposed to do) and they typically put it on the front page of the Right Minds section, with photos and new title. Support the frontpage gaudy version with comments because they will then be more noticed.

  3. By the way, though, one can still comment on the original blog post long after the front-page version has been closed or taken down.

  4. I agree with Thomas Flemings analysis but I also believe that some Republicans want an alternative to Romney and Perry.
