These Star Wars are not a contest between the Liberals and Conservatives or Democrats and Republicans, but between the Old Right and the New Right, both on the American continent and across the world. Both Moe (judaism) and Larry (islam) as neoconservatives (lets collectively call them Caliphates) and reflecting their respective tribal based midi-chlorian origins are essentially Caliphate and Eastern Oriental in culture. Through the domination of the social, military and economic apparatus of the United States and other Western and Globalist organizational actors, the Caliphates are conducting (or at least through inaction, allowing) genocidal proxy wars (low and high intensity replacement wars of extinction), by way of demographic Invasion from the Third World, coupled with a broader Jihadist impulse of Islamic aggression against Curley (christians or paleoconservatives) worldwide. It doesn't make any difference to the Caliphates, what part of their culture survives i.e, Islam or Judaism as both are (ME) in the final analysis and not Western.

Or was Novak feigning confusion when writing this tidbit of his memoir, in service of the sharper insult of complete marginalization?

Thomas Miller - well put.

Unrelated - Has anyone noticed in Novak's book, that he identifies the wrong "Thomas Fleming" when commenting on that sleazy David Frum hatchet job in NR a few years ago? Has Novak never read Chronicles?

No, Pat Buchanan, you are the most perceptive commentator in American journalism over the last half century. It was you who sounded the alarm in the early 90s about our emerging Thirld World immigration disaster, you who warned of our foolish Free Trade policies, and you alone who was critical of our ongoing role as the world's policeman. And you were marginalized and dismissed as a crank for holding those views back then.

Fifteen years later, as we're rapidly being subsumed into Latin America due to those immigration policies, as our economy has been hollowed out of its productive base and replaced with a debt-based serfdom economy thanks to Free Trade, and our federal gov't teeters on the brink of bankruptcy trying to finance its great utopian ambitions, you are too decent and modest a man to say, "I told you so".
